Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 bunch morning glory (water spinach) – cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 1-2 red chilies – sliced (adjust to spice preference)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce (or salt to taste)
