Ingredients (serves 3-4):
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 medium potatoes – diced
- 1 onion – finely chopped
- 1 tomato – chopped
- 2 cloves garlic – minced
- 1-inch ginger – grated
- 1 green chili – slit (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder (optional)
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions:
